What could’ve happened if the kadrid started their own religion? They would honour the sun and spin yarn. The sun emits light and gives life, but there lies a warning of an upcoming fate above all heads. Protective circles and red hems are woven into the garments.

The collection is inpired by Estonian mythological folklore and spiritually protective functions traditional clothing, such as red skirt hems. On one hand there is the desire for sunlight that is very present in the Estonian hemisphere, on the other hand a modern anxiety of climate change.
